After experiencing the worst and only break-up of my life, I took ownership of a 500-kilo piece of decorative stone placed outside a supermarket. I held an event unveiling a plaque I had designed and installed to rest eternally on the stone. There were boiled eggs and glasses of Prosecco served by an unsmiling drag queen dressed as a waiter. A small group of people were invited and requested to dress in formal attire.

The stone and the plaque still exist, in time and space, directly outside the supermarket, slowly corroding under the sun.

The video captures the evening, the unveiling, the speech and the mournful silences that strangely descended even though the set flowed like…wine.
